Payment schedule
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt
of a $1000 deposit.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to scheduled
arrival.
Cancellation policy
Deposits for reservations cancelled more than
60 days prior to scheduled arrival will be refunded. If
the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to scheduled
arrival, the deposit will be forfeited unless the condo is
re-rented for the full term and at the same rate as the original
reservation. Please consider travel insurance to protect
your vacation investment.
Security deposit
A $200 security deposit is required with each
rental. Deposits may be paid by check or credit card
and are due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival.
Deposits are used to cover damage to the unit, missing items,
lost keys, extra cleaning and long distance telephone charges.
Security deposits are refunded within 45 days of your
departure.
Security deposits paid by credit card require
a signed Credit Card Authorization Form at the time of final
payment. No charge will be placed on the card unless
applicable charges are incurred.
Pets
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.
Smoking
We appreciate your respecting the concerns of
others, and refrain from smoking in the unit.
